Bright, bold, and full of coastal flair—this class celebrates the seafood-rich regions of Mexico. You’ll learn to make vibrant green aguachile with prawns, crunchy tortilla chips, and irresistible Baja-style fish tacos, complete with house-made hot salsas that pack just the right punch.
On the Menu:
Green Prawn Ceviche (Aguachile Verde) – Fresh prawns marinated in lime, coriander, and green chili, served chilled with crisp tortilla chips.
Baja-Style Fish Tacos – Crispy beer-battered white fish tucked into warm tortillas with crema, slaw, and all the fixings.
House-Made Hot Salsas – A trio of bold salsas you’ll roast, blend, and tweak to your own spice level.
