We are now running our fun hands-on Authentic Mexican cooking classes at specialty locations between the Noosa Hinterland & the Northern rivers of NSW.

Cooking Socials
Cooking socials are a fun & informative 3 hours in the kitchen with your new foodie friends (classmates) preparing a classic Mexican snack, salsa and popular traditional dish.
$149per person
Includes a welcome margarita, cooking tuition & dining experience, plus opportunity to purchase ingredients and kitchen items for your home kitchen + digital copy of recipes
Masterclasses
Our regional masterclasses focus on transporting you to a specific region of Mexico. This 5hr experience is delivered in more boutique class sizes, feature the creation of traditional antojitos (snacks), family/regional dishes, hot salsas and finishes plus Tortilla making by hand.
1 weekend day per month over 5 hours
$220 per person or $385 per duo
Includes a welcome margarita, cooking tuition featuring tortilla making, snacks and full dining experience, plus opportunity to purchase ingredients and kitchen items for your home kitchen + printed take home recipes.
